F75 successful testing data
We're the biggest MIMF75 powder supplier around the world. Our main customers are metal injection molding parts manufacturers who are in the supply chain of HUAWEI and Apple.
So far, our main customers are using MIM F75 powder for cosumer electonic prouducts, only a few are applying into medical equipments. Now some of our Korean and Taiwan customers are testing our MIM75 powder and are getting good results.

Note：1#furnace Ar sintering（1310℃，Hold 180min） Conclusion:F75 alloy material is non-magnetic and has strong corrosion resistance after sintering in argon without heat treatment. Other mechanical properties are similar to those of PANACEA. | |||||||
